Reservation & refund terms

What you pay today

A one-time US$10 deposit for US reservations or CA$10 for Canadian reservations. This is a refundable reservation payment, not the full price of a product, a subscription, or authorization to charge the remaining balance automatically.

Your first-order offer

The regular price per pouch is US$59.99 or CA$79.99. The 20% first-order offer makes it US$47.99 or CA$63.99 per pouch, rounded to cents. You can select one, two or three pouches. Your $10 deposit is credited in the same currency toward the discounted product total. Shipping and any applicable tax are additional and will be disclosed before you pay the balance. The 20% offer requires a paid $10 reservation. The free email list provides restock notifications only, without a discount.

Restock and shipping

Estimated shipping is 6–10 weeks from your reservation date, provided you complete the balance payment when invited. We will contact you at the email supplied during payment to complete the order. If we cannot meet the estimate, we will contact you with a revised date and offer a refund instead of waiting. A reservation does not mean a product has shipped.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel and request a full refund of your reservation payment at any time before it is applied to a completed product purchase. Email trykeptplus@gmail.com from the email used at checkout, with your receipt or reservation reference. We will refund the full deposit to the original payment method without deducting processing fees. Your bank or payment provider determines when the refund appears. If you cancel, your reservation is released and its deposit credit is removed. These terms cover the deposit; product return terms will be provided before the remaining balance is paid.

Payment and privacy

Stripe processes your payment. Kept stores the reservation reference, contact email, currency, pouch selection and payment/refund status to administer your reservation and credit. We do not receive or store your full card number. A reservation does not enroll you in marketing emails unless you separately opt in. See our privacy notice.
