Your referral offer

Participants who joined our four-week free-pouch pilot received one of two offers at random, with an equal chance of either. Your private progress page shows your assigned offer. It stays the same when you return, and the offers cannot be combined or exchanged.

• Refer two buyers: two unique new US friends complete their first fully paid kept+ product purchases at restock.
• Invite five friends: five unique new US friends join the free restock email list through your link and confirm their email addresses.

Complete your assigned offer to earn one free pouch: a 30-day supply. No purchase or deposit is required from you to earn or receive this reward. The five-signup offer also requires no purchase by your friends. One reward per person, with standard US delivery included. There is no pilot-wide reward cap. The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund or deposit credit.

The program is for US residents aged 18 or older. Joining is free and separate from marketing email consent. New pilot enrollment closes automatically after four weeks. Participants already enrolled may finish their assigned offer afterward; earned rewards remain valid. Your dashboard shows the pilot enrollment end date. We will arrange delivery after product is available, following eligibility review. A reward does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.

What counts

A friend must use your personal link and join or buy for themselves. Each person counts once. Existing subscribers, repeated signups, email aliases, self-referrals and made-up or duplicate identities do not qualify for the five-signup offer. Confirmation proves access to an inbox; eligibility may still be reviewed. A friend who later unsubscribes does not automatically lose their referral credit.

For the two-purchase offer, an email signup or $10 reservation is not a completed purchase. A reservation remains pending until the friend pays the remaining product balance. Cancelled, refunded or disputed purchases do not qualify. We may adjust progress or place a reward under review when eligibility changes.

Confirm your own email before claiming a reward. When you earn it, provide your US delivery address on your private progress page. We review eligibility and duplicate claims before approving shipment. Sharing a delivery address does not automatically disqualify different people, but may require review. Fraudulent activity and orders made on another person’s behalf to manufacture a reward do not qualify.

Already joined the original program?

If your dashboard shows the original three-purchase offer, those terms remain unchanged: refer three new US customers who complete their first product purchases to earn one free pouch with your next eligible new paid product order. That original reward is added to a new restock balance invoice, not shipped separately. Existing invoices are not automatically changed. Any applicable shipping and taxes are shown before payment. Contact us if you have already received an invoice before earning that reward.

Share in your own way

Copy your link or share it privately by text or direct message with people who want to hear from you. We do not ask you for friends’ email addresses or send invitations to them for you. Please do not send unsolicited bulk messages.

Let people know you can earn a reward. Use the disclosure included with your sharing link: “I may earn a free pouch if you join and confirm your email through my link” or “I may earn a free pouch if you buy through my link,” depending on your offer. A reward never depends on a positive review, endorsement or health claim.

Your private progress page

Your dashboard shows counts and reward status, not your friends’ names, email addresses or health information. Keep its private access link to yourself; share only the referral link labeled for sharing. The dashboard link is not sent by email, so save it if you want to return on another device.

Your friend’s first valid referral link is remembered on that browser for up to 30 days. They should use that browser for their first signup or reservation. Once linked, they should keep using the same email for checkout so we can connect their purchase to you. We also use a private access token to remember your participation. Reservations stay separate

Your friend can join the free restock list for 20% off their first paid product order. No deposit is required. If they choose an optional $10 refundable reservation, the deposit is credited toward that discounted purchase; it does not add another discount. The first-order offer is independent of your referral reward and does not turn a deposit into a completed product purchase.

Reservation payments, refunds and balance payments follow the reservation terms. Neither sharing a link nor earning a reward creates a subscription or authorizes an automatic charge.
