The offer

Earn your first 30-day pouch free with a subscription. Card required at redemption. After 30 days, your subscription automatically renews at US$59.99 per month, plus applicable tax, until you cancel. Standard US shipping is included for the free pouch and monthly renewals.

These terms apply only if you accepted this subscription-trial offer when joining. Your private progress page shows your offer. Earlier members keep the reward they accepted, including a standalone free pouch where offered. See the earlier referral terms.

How you earn it

New participants receive one of two offers at random, with an equal chance of either. Your assigned offer stays the same when you return:

• Invite five friends: five unique new US friends use your sharing link, join the free restock list and confirm their emails.
• Refer two buyers: two unique new US friends use your sharing link and complete their first fully paid kept+ product purchases.

Joining and earning the reward require no purchase or deposit from you. Redeeming this reward requires a card and your separate agreement to the subscription at checkout. You can cancel during the free trial before the first charge. One referral trial per person; rewards cannot be combined or exchanged for cash. There is no pilot-wide reward cap.

You must be 18 or older and live in the US. New enrollment closes after the pilot’s four-week enrollment period, shown on your private progress page. Members already enrolled can continue toward their accepted offer afterward. An earned reward remains available for redemption at restock, subject to eligibility review.

What counts

Each friend must join or buy for themselves and counts once. Existing subscribers, duplicate or made-up identities, repeated signups, email aliases and self-referrals do not qualify for the five-signup offer. Email confirmation proves inbox access; eligibility can still be reviewed. A friend unsubscribing later does not automatically remove their referral credit.

For the two-purchase offer, a signup, a free trial or a $10 reservation is not a fully paid product purchase. A reservation counts only after the remaining product balance is paid. Cancelled, refunded or disputed purchases do not qualify. Progress and unfulfilled rewards may be reviewed when eligibility changes.

Confirm your own email before redemption. We check eligibility and duplicate claims before accepting a trial order. Different people sharing a delivery address are not automatically disqualified, but may need review.

When your free month starts

Your free month does not start when you join the list or earn the reward. At restock, when trial orders are open, return to your private progress page. Review the recurring terms, add your payment details in secure Stripe Checkout and confirm your free order.

Your 30-day trial begins when you successfully complete that checkout and your subscription order is confirmed. The first charge is due 30 days later unless you cancel beforehand. Your subscription confirmation shows the actual trial end and first billing date. Order confirmation is separate from shipment confirmation.

Your first order contains one pouch, a 30-day supply, for US$0 with standard US shipping included. We do not start trial checkouts while we are waiting for restock. Shipping updates are separate from billing updates.

Renewal and cancellation

After the free 30 days, we automatically charge your saved payment method US$59.99 each month, plus applicable tax, for one pouch per monthly order. Standard US shipping is included. There is no minimum paid subscription term.

To stop the next charge, open your private referral page, choose Manage or cancel subscription, and complete cancellation in Stripe’s customer portal before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not reverse an order already paid. During your free trial, cancel before the first billing date to avoid any subscription charge. There is no separate charge for the earned free pouch when you cancel.

Reservations stay separate

The 20% first-order offer is available with free list signup; no deposit is required. It cannot be combined with this subscription trial or reduce its monthly renewal price. An optional $10 refundable reservation remains separate, with the deposit credited toward its discounted product purchase under the reservation terms. Joining this referral program does not spend that credit, convert a reservation into a subscription, or authorize a charge.

Sharing and privacy

Use your link in a text or direct message to someone who wants to hear from you. Let them know you may earn a free first month of a subscription if they qualify through your link. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or promise health outcomes. A reward never depends on a positive review.

We do not ask for friends’ email addresses or send invitations for you. Your private page shows progress, not friends’ names or health information. Your friend’s first valid referral link is remembered in that browser for up to 30 days. They should use that browser and the same email when joining or checking out.
